WAIROA - ME42

The Wairoa site was incorporated into AFFCO's operation in 1990, following the purchase of the North Island assets of Waitaki International.

Strategically situated between Napier and Gisborne amongst one of New Zealand’s best regions for producing prime livestock Wairoa Lamb and Beef is sought after by customers around the globe. The plant is a major employer in Wairoa with many of its staff long serving members.
 
AFFCO Wairoa has ISO 9002 certification and HACCP approval by MAF. It is certified for Halal slaughter and regularly audited by the USDA and EU.
